2 Free Digital Tools To Preview Your Content Before Posting
So many channels, so little time. These tools will help.

Once upon a time, you could create a post for Facebook, one for Instagram and one for Twitter and call it a day.
For better or worse (and let’s be honest, it’s worse!), those days are long gone.
Now you need to format your potential post for FB, IG, Twitter, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky… the list keeps on growing.
Today’s tools should help.

Safe Zones by Slate
Tool type: Web App
This tool is super simple.
Go to safe-zone-tool.slateteams.com and this is what you’ll find:
Then drag your video in and add your caption:
Now you can see exactly what your video will look like on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Instagram Feeds (wow, a lot of work just to post correctly to IG!) and so on.
For most platforms, you’ll likely be good to go as is. But for some, you may want to crop accordingly, or move your captions as needed.
Better to know before going live than after!

This tool is totally free. While playing around with it, I was once asked to sign up for a free account. But I hit refresh and it never asked me again. :)
Publer Social Media Post Preview

If you aren’t working with videos, but want to see how photos (or more importantly — carousels!) will look on social, Publer has you covered.
If you haven’t played around with Publer before, it’s my social media scheduler of choice.
